While our psychotherapists and counsellors do offer face to face sessions, they’re also available to chat over the phone or online. As long as you have an internet-connected device and a stable connection, you’re good to go!

Historically counselling and psychotherapy only took place in the counsellor’s room but times are changing and people’s lifestyles are busier or for some people, the thought of physically going to a counselling session evokes too much anxiety and stops them from making that call.

Research and evidence show that online therapy via secure platforms such as zoom can achieve the same results and positive outcomes for the client as a traditional face to face therapy.

Direct therapy counsellors and psychotherapists are all fully qualified, trained and insured to deliver quality therapy sessions both face to face and online.

All of our sessions are 45-50 minutes long led by you, the client and guided by the therapists to ensure that you are reaching your goals quickly, effectively and with long term results.
